Two prominent beauties in the model village of Hanoi, Hong Que and Trang Pham, participated in the show ‘Our Ao Dai’ took place last night (April 9).
Ha Duy is one of 15 designers participating in this year’s event honoring Vietnamese ao dai with the theme “The world converges in Vietnamese dresses”. Although the weather was unfavorable, a large number of guests came to attend and congratulate the success of this diplomatic fashion festival. In this introduction, Ha Duy brought Japanese culture into the designs. He uses material, combined with mesh, lace, and skillful handcrafted technique to make a difference. Ha Duy’s ao dai is soaring, romantic, and suitable for girls with momentum. Some familiar images of the country of the rising sun were put on the ao dai with modern printing technology by Ha Duy such as the figure of Geisha, Mount Fuji, Torri heaven gate, Osaka castle … Although famous in the evening gown segment, Ha Duy still occasionally presents a collection of ao dai for special occasions or when participating in festivals and cultural exchange programs between countries around the world. Designer 8X said that he often put some familiar features on modern application clothes or evening dresses to make clothes that both bring traditional features but also catch the trend with modern fashion trends. Although she only took advantage of photo shoots on the sidelines of the show, Trang Pham showed great transformation ability when she was working as a model. With an angular face and years of experience in fashion shows, Trang Pham is always invited to participate in large-scale fashion shows. While the models of the same age have changed in their work, Trang Pham is still persevering and passionately striding on the catwalk. In addition to the main models, Ha Duy’s collection also has the participation of child models. The beauties performed the Ao Dai collection by Ha Duy. People’s Artist Minh Hoa participated in the model role and received a lot of encouragement. Starting from the first season, “Our Ao Dai” festival, initiated by designer Minh Hanh, takes place at Quoc Tu Giam Stadium with guests from embassies. Ha Duy went to the stage to greet the audience.
